Some readers can experience problems opening PDFs. Sometimes these issues are related to web browsers and old versions of Adobe Acrobat.
There is a useful page at
http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-view-pdf-web.html
which provides information about addressing these problems.
