If you rent an article on CJO, and then choose to purchase the full pay-per-view article within 30 days of doing so, you will receive a full refund (excluding VAT) of the original rental cost. This refund will be issued upon your purchase of the article and will be deducted from the article price.
You will receive your refund automatically upon purchase of the full article - simply click the 'Buy this Article' button and proceed to your shopping basket where the rental cost (excl. VAT) will be deducted from the grand total.
To monitor your rentals, visit the 'Bought and Rented Articles' section in My CJO. Please note, you must purchase the full pay-per-view article within 30 days of your original rental in order to receive your refund discount.
