Question

What should I do if I'm unable to access a rented article?

Answer

If you experience any difficulties in accessing your Article Rental PDF, please ensure that your Java software is updated. You can update Java at: http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

Mac OSX users can update their software by running "Software Update" in the Apple drop down menu.

Article Rental employs ICEpdf technology, which is Open Source Java PDF Software that allows control of how users view and interact with PDF files.

If you are still unable to access your article after you've updated Java, please contact Journals Customer Service at: subscriptions_newyork@cambridge.org in the America's or journals@cambridge.org in the rest of the world.
