Can I get a reprint of an article that is published online only, for example 'First View' articles?

Articles that are published online are deemed as published and like printed articles, are allocated a doi. These articles will be assigned and included in a print issue at a later date (with the exception of articles from online only journals), and this version of the article will include all details of the volume and issue.

How are articles reprinted?

Articles will be reproduced as they appear in print and in accordance with the high quality and standards of the print journal.

Can I have a cover on the reprint?

Articles can be printed with a customised colour cover (relating to the journal volume and issue it appeared) or with a title page including the Journal title, article title, author details, and journal logo for journals published on behalf of a society.

Can I add supplementary information to the reprint?

Reprints can be customised with additional typesetting such as product codes and disclaimers, and product information, logos and adverts subject to editorial approval.

How much do reprints cost?

The price of the reprint will vary depending on the number of pages, quantity required, the use of covers and whether the article contains colour. The inclusion of disclaimers, Product Information and other additional details may also effect the final cost.

How do I pay?

An invoice will be sent once the order has been confirmed and you are given 30 days to settle the invoice form the invoice date. Payment can be made by BACS, cheque or credit card. You must quote your 'JR' invoice number on all correspondence. Please ensure all financial information (such as purchase order number or separate invoice address) is provided when ordering the reprints.

How long will it take to receive my reprint order?

Orders take on average 2-3 weeks from order confirmation to delivery although this may vary depending on final quantity and delivery address.

Can my reprints be shrink-wrapped?

Yes they can at an extra cost.

Can I combine more than one article into one reprint?

We can combine a number of articles together with a customised cover if required, subject to editorial approval.

Can I order e-prints?

E-prints can be obtained. For options speak to the relevant representative.
