Question

Can I set up links direct to journal homepages and/or to individual articles or abstracts?

Answer

You can create a link to any journal homepage use the following formula:

http://journals.cambridge.org/journal_full name of journal with the spaces removed

For example, a deep link to The Journal of Agricultural Science would be:

http://journals.cambridge.org/journal_TheJournalofAgriculturalScience

To create a deep link to an article, you first need to find the article's DOI in the table of contents. For the deep link you need the number to the right of the back slash, including the S. For example, if the DOI of the article is 10.1017/S0142716405050095, you would use S0142716405050095.

To create a link to an article, cut and paste the number after:

www.journals.cambridge.org/article_

So, for the DOI above, that would be

www.journals.cambridge.org/article_S0142716405050095

To create a link to the abstract of your article, paste the number after: www.journals.cambridge.org/abstract_
