Appearing quarterly in print and online, the Journal of the American Philosophical Association will be a venue for original, rigorously refereed research of the highest scholarly quality. It will aim to publish work with the greatest potential value and impact and promote the exchange of ideas among philosophers and between philosophy and other fields. The journal will recognize the diversity of philosophy as a discipline and welcome submissions from all areas of philosophy.
